PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at carlitosrrr@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue promptly.
