RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN Email us at carlitosrrr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at carlitosrrr@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
SHIPPING COSTS Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
